What We Brought to LEAP 2026

LEAP 2026 ran from August 31 to September 3 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center (RECC) in Malham, Saudi Arabia. BBT ANTENNAS was at Booth H3.F186 with a lineup that included 5G MIMO sector and ceiling antennas, omnidirectional antennas, parabolic antennas, WiFi solutions, RFID readers and panels, and DAS products for in-building coverage.

Over four days, our engineering and sales teams connected with telecom operators, system integrators, brand owners, and procurement managers from across the Middle East and beyond. Yes, we can. BBT operates a 30,000-square-meter factory with a dedicated RF R&D team that handles end-to-end OEM and ODM projects, from initial simulation to branded mass production. OEM, ODM, and Custom Antenna Design

Not every project starts the same way. Some buyers arrive with a finished drawing; others start with a set of RF requirements; a few need a design that does not exist yet. BBT supports all three routes.

  • OEM (build to print): You provide a finished antenna design or reference sample. We manufacture it at volume and apply your brand, packaging, and silkscreen. Best for brands with a proven product that need a reliable production partner.
  • ODM (design and build): You provide a target specification or performance requirement. Our RF engineers design the antenna, then we manufacture and private-label it under your brand. Best for companies that want a new product without running their own RF lab.
  • Custom antenna design: You bring a hard RF problem: a specific band combination, gain target, radiation pattern, form factor, or environmental constraint that off-the-shelf products cannot meet. We design, simulate, prototype, test, and produce a new antenna around your requirements.

Across all three routes, you can customize frequency bands, gain, radiation pattern, connector and cable type, form factor, mounting method, housing material, radome, color, and branding. Your brand, design, and IP stay yours. We sign a mutual NDA before reviewing your drawings or specs, and custom designs and dedicated tooling created for your project belong to you. BBT sells under its own name as a manufacturer; we are not chasing your end customers.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

BBT has been manufacturing antennas since 1991. Here is what sits behind the products you saw at LEAP.

  • 30,000-square-meter IoT Industrial Park: Our R&D and production facility in Foshan, China, has been running since 2021. It houses RF design labs, prototype workshops, testing chambers, and production lines under one roof.
  • 200+ staff with dedicated R&D roles: Our engineering team covers RF, microwave, simulation design, structural engineering, trial production, commissioning, and quality control. We also run joint research programs with domestic universities.
  • Four-stage quality control: Every antenna passes through raw material inspection, in-process checks, final assembly testing, and shipping verification. This system runs under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 controls.
  • In-house test equipment: Network analyzers, third-order intermodulation testers, thermal shock chambers, UV aging testers, rain and salt spray chambers, RoHS testing, and drop testers. We catch problems in the lab, not in your deployment.
  • 60+ certifications, independent IP, and product patents: Our designs are protected, and we support project-specific certifications including CE, FCC, RoHS, and REACH on applicable models.

For requirements that standard products cannot meet, our RF team designs a new antenna from your specification. We test prototypes in-house with network analyzers, environmental chambers, and salt spray equipment before any production run.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM at BBT?
OEM means you bring a finished design or reference sample, and we manufacture it at volume under your brand. ODM means you bring a target specification, and our RF engineers design the antenna before we manufacture and private-label it. Choose OEM when you already have a proven design.
