Not every project needs the same thing from a factory. Here is how the three options differ, so you can tell us which one fits.

How our custom antenna design process works

Most private-label and custom projects move through six stages, with a checkpoint at each one.

1. Requirement and selection. We review your bands, gain, pattern, environment, and target cost, then confirm whether an existing design fits or a new one is needed.
2. RF design and simulation. Our RF and microwave engineers model the antenna and run simulations before any metal is cut, so problems show up on screen instead of on the bench.
3. Prototyping. We build working samples for your review and testing.
4. Testing and validation. We measure VSWR, gain, and radiation pattern in our in-house anechoic chamber, and run rigorous environmental testing—including thermal shock, UV aging, rain, salt spray, and drop testing—to ensure military-grade durability.
5. Pilot run. A small trial batch confirms the design holds up in real production before full volume.
6. Mass production and branding. We produce at volume under ISO 9001 controls, then apply your label, silkscreen, and packaging.

Your brand, design, and IP stay yours

Channel conflict is the first thing most brands ask about. Here is where we stand.

• NDA from the start. We sign a mutual NDA before you share drawings, specs, or sample requests.
• We do not sell your product. Antennas we design or build for you are yours. We do not resell your design or offer it to other buyers.
• We stay a manufacturer. BBT ANTENNAS sells under its own name as a manufacturer and supplier. We are not chasing your end customers.
• You own the IP and tooling. Custom designs, drawings, and dedicated tooling created for your project belong to you, as set out in the contract.
• Verify before you commit. Audit us in person or by video call, and start with samples before you place a production order.
